PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle terminal device capable of collecting information on traveling history with efficiency. SOLUTION: When information on traveling history is obtained, points corresponding the traveling history information are calculated (102). The points are displayed (106), and the traveling history information is transmitted to a traffic information center when the transmission is instructed (110).
