PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system for a circulating type grain dryer having an infrared ray radiating body built in capable of accurate drying treatment with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The operation control system for the circulating type grain dryer provided with the infrared ray radiating body 16 is provided with a drying control means, a post purge control means. The drying control means is provided with a moisture condition determination means. The moisture condition determination means makes moisture condition determination with setting moisture value given by adding adjustment moisture valueγestablished separately to a target moisture value established as a drying target of grain in a drying process as a standard moisture value for moisture condition determination.
