摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric field gradient imaging system which is excellent in space resolution, and also, can perform a strict adjustment of an electric field gradient; and its method. SOLUTION: When an NMR imaging is performed, an mutual reaction between an atomic nucleus dipole and en electron shell in an imaging object is controlled by an electric field. In more concrete, the electric field gradient changes a local magnetic field by generating a distortion on the electron shell of the imaging object, and as a result, a difference is generated in a resonance frequency by the location of a nuclear spin.
