PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator which enables reduction of fluctuation of an output voltage of a reference voltage generating circuit which is caused by change of an ambient air temperature.SOLUTION: An oscillator 1 includes: a vibration piece 20; a container 2 in which the vibration piece 20 is housed; at least one of a heating body 40 and a cooling body which controls a temperature in the container 2; an oscillator circuit electrically connected with the vibration piece 20; a D/A conversion circuit which controls a frequency output by the oscillator circuit; and a reference voltage generating circuit 70 which supplies a voltage to the D/A conversion circuit.
