PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an output noise component of an amplifier, to reduce consumption current, to shorten (hasten) a time for switching an output wave form of the amplifier, with respect to a differential amplifier used for local signal amplifier, etc., of a high frequency mixer circuit. SOLUTION: A collector of a transistor 1 of a pair of transistors 1, 2 composing a differential pair is connected with an emitter of a transistor 3, and a collector of the transistor 2 is connected with an emitter of a transistor 4. A base of the transistor 1 is connected to a base of the transistor 4 through a capacitor 61, and a base of the transistor 2 is connected to a base of the transistor 3 through a capacitor 62. The bases of the transistors 3, 4 are connected to a power source 100 through respective impedance components 51, 52, and the collectors of the transistors 3, 4 are connected to the power source 100. The bases of the transistors 1, 2 are made to be a pair of differential input terminals, and the emitters of the transistors 3, 4 are made to be a pair of output terminals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
