摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that the dynamic range can expand to the entire range from the ground electric potential to the power supply voltage and the gain is not affected by dispersion factors. SOLUTION: At a voltage follower circuit 103 configured with P-MOS transistors, the amplifying operation is conducted without saturation even if an input signal voltage comes close to the level of the power supply voltage when the input signal voltage is above the bias voltage, while the amplifying operation is not conducted when the input signal voltage is below the bias voltage. At a voltage follower circuit 104 configured with N-MOS transistors, the amplifying operation is conducted without saturation even if the input signal voltage comes close to the level of the ground electric potential when the input signal voltage is below the bias voltage, while the amplifying operation is not conducted when the input signal voltage is above the bias voltage. According to this arrangement, the voltage follower circuits 103 and 104 operate in an interpolation fashion, and the amplifying operation can be conducted without saturation from the ground electric potential to the power supply voltage.
