PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly, easily and positively mount a vibration isolating means to a flange, and also to reduce the number of parts in a blower device. SOLUTION: The vibration isolating means 15 comprises: a first vibration isolating part 15a with an aperture hole 15a<SB>1</SB>opened in a portion corresponding to a discharge port 3b of a fan casing 3; a second vibration isolating part 15b integrally connected to one end side of the first vibration isolating part 15a, and a third vibration isolating part 15c integrally connected to the other end side of the first vibration isolating part 15a through a bridging part 15d of expansible shape. The vibration isolating means 15 is mounted to a flange 4 in the state of allowing the aperture hole 15a<SB>1</SB>of the first vibration isolating part 15a to coincide with the discharge port 3b of the fan casing 3, by fitting the second vibration isolating part 15b to an abutting plate 4b protrusively formed at the flange 4, and fitting the third vibration isolating part 15c to a fitting groove 4c provided recessed in the flange 4.
