PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflector plate which (A) dispenses with costly initial investment for a die, etc., for creating three-dimensional shapes, (B) is easily worked at low cost, (C) not only can accurately maintain the shape of the reflection plate after being bent but is excellent in dimensional stability under durable conditions, and (D) is worked and attached by a simple and low-cost method for the purpose of maintaining the shape. SOLUTION: A film or sheet 2 of foamed plastic which reflects light is intermittently formed with notches 4 of a narrow width penetrating from the front surface to the surface on the opposite side along straight lines.
