<p>PURPOSE: A light generating module, a light detecting module, an optical pickup device combining the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to miniaturize a portable product embedded with the optical pickup device including the light generating module and the light detecting module by making the light generating module and the light detecting module into one assembly. CONSTITUTION: A silicon substrate(1) forms a cavity upwardly/downwardly penetrated by removing a predetermined area of the center. An outlet forming thin plate(3) is formed to an upper part of the cavity and is equipped with an outlet(2) passing the light. A photo diode/electrode array(11-16) receives/converts an optical signal, which involves a state of the light irradiated from a light source and the information, reflected from an optical disc into an electric signal, and detects the electric signal by being formed on an upper surface of the silicon substrate around the outlet forming thin plate.</p> |
