PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply filling the hollow part of a hollow member of a car with a foam in all parts of the hollow part over a specific cross-sectional surface without using a wide working space or a large-scaled apparatus. SOLUTION: In the method for filling the hollow part of the hollow member such as a frame or the like of the car with the foam, a main agent liquid 18 and a curing agent liquid 20, both of which constitute a raw material liquid of the foam, are housed in a breakable and flexible thin-walled hermetically closed bag 10 so as to be separated from each other by a partition wall 12 and the bag 10 is inserted into the hollow part through the opening of the hollow part. Then, the partition wall 12 is partially or wholly ruptured from the outside before or after the bag 10 is inserted to mix the main agent liquid 18 and the curing agent liquid 20 and both liquids are reacted and foamed in the hollow part to rupture the bag 10 by volumetric expansion and the hollow part is filled with the foam.
