PURPOSE: A voice and data communication integrated, a platform and its method are provided to allow a user to perform both voice and data communication by integrating a traffic channel for voice communication to a traffic channel for data communication. CONSTITUTION: An audio unit(21) converts analog voice data inputted through a speaker into digital voice data and a received digital voice signal to an analog voice signal and output it. A platform(10) generates a data channel generation request signal corresponding to a voice call command, receives the digital voice signal from the audio unit(21) and generates voice packet data therefrom, and extracts voice codec data from the received voice packet data. A data communicating unit(23) generates a data channel corresponding to the data channel request signal received from the platform and receives the voice packet data from the platform. And a modem unit(25) converts the voice packet data received from the data communicating unit into a radio signal and sends it to outside, and restores voice packet data from a received radio signal and transmits the restored data to the platform(10).
