PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter optimization method, parameter optimization device and parameter optimization program suitable to the real-time optimization of a parameter relating to a control processing of a control system for a predetermined control object. SOLUTION: The sailing control device 3 comprises a constant speed sailing control part 30 and a trim angle control part 31. The trim angle control part 31 comprises an evaluation value calculation module 31a for calculating the evaluation value of trim angle; an information storage part 31b; a statistic model forming module 31c for forming a statistic model by taking the evaluation value stored in the information storage part 31b as an explained variable and operation information including the trim angle as an explanatory variable; a target trim angle calculation module 31d for calculating a target trim angle from the statistic model; and a statistic model storage part 31e for storing the formed statistic model.
