PURPOSE: A vacuum tube of a penis exercising device useful in the treatment of erectile dysfunction is provided which is operated without hurting the foreskin of the penis by forming the vacuum tube using an elastomeric material and/or a combination of the elastomeric material and a rigid material, and has a massaging effect to thus facilitate blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum tube(300) comprises: a vacuum tube wall body(320) having an air tube connected to a nozzle unit(2) of the penis exercising device via a hose(180); and a soft elastic wall body(330) formed at a lower portion of the vacuum tube wall body(320). The inner diameter of the vacuum tube wall body(320) is larger than the outer diameter of the penis, and the lower end of the elastic wall body(330) has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the penis.
