FIELD: veterinary surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with arthrotomy of a knee joint and implantation of plastic material as a catgut to be fixed to the ends (residues) of broken ligament being as near to periosteum as possible to develop, thus, a carcass of ligament under restoration at suturing up a capsule to its lateral surfaces for providing vascular bond.
