<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a formed material having excellent heat insulating property and noise insulating property made from a granular or powdery composition using a fire resistant stone produced from KOZU-island which is workable into a block-like, plate-like or rod-like shape. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains a mixture of the slag cement and sand with the particles of the fire resistant stone produced in KOZU-island of the IZU islands or a mixture of blast furnace cement prepared by mixing blast furnace slag which is a by-product of crude steel making by a blast furnace with regular cement and sand with the particles of the fire resistant stone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
