FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has chamber, phototherapy unit, control unit having heating system, means for controlling humidity, temperature and oxygen concentration, U-shaped reservoir is installed in the chamber filled with distilled water to 2/3 of its volume. Microporous filters are built in into its bottom and lateral walls have two layers manufactured from different materials. Spiral filament is used as heating unit.
