PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various problems in a conventional technique of a polymerized toner used for development by an electrophotographic process in a copying machine, a facsimile machine, a printer, etc., and to provide a polymerized toner excellent in low-temperature fixability, environmental stability and printing durability and ensuring good image reproducibility. SOLUTION: The polymerized toner is obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable composition comprising a polymerizable monomer, a colorant and a liquid acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature Tg of≤0°C in a water-dispersed state or an emulsified state.
