A soil cultivation implement contains a frame with posts with chisels, ploughshares and separating grates, placed thereon, a rotor working element with a driver shaft, cardan shafts and drive reducers, and mechanisms to regulate the depth of soil cultivation. According to the invention, it is supplemented with two brackets of cylindrical joints, which are rigidly fixed on the both sides of the rear part of the frame, a roller of presowing soil packing with disks, which are equal between each other, which is placed behind a rotor working element, and two double-ear levers, which are connected with the proper two brackets of the cylindrical joints of the frame with the aid of cylindrical fingers by certain ears, and embrace the cylindrical ends of the shaft of the roller of presowing soil packing through bearings by its other ears made as apivot. In doing so the distance between the centres of the roller of presowing soil packing and the rotor working element is larger than the sum of the radius of one of the disks of the roller of presowing soil packing and of the radius of the cylindrical surface, formed by the ends of knives of the rotor working element while it rotates. The mechanisms of limiting angles of oscillation of double-ear levers of the roller of presowing soil packing, which are introduced, are placed on the both sides of the rear part of the frame lower than the brackets of cylindrical joints of the double-ear levers of the roller of presowing soil packing. Thrust surfaces of these mechanisms of limiting the oscillation of double-ear levers of the roller of presowing soil packing contact the lower surface of these double-ear levers.
