PURPOSE: A producing method of red pepper paste using grape is provided to apply the unique taste, flavor, and nutrition of the grape to the red pepper paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red pepper paste using grape comprises the following steps: crushing the grape before boiling and sieving to obtain grape juice; storing the grape juice for more than 30 days at 2-7 deg C, and sieving to remove tartaric acid precipitate; heating the grape juice until the sweetness of the grape juice is 30-60 Brix to obtain a grape extract; mixing cooked glutinous rice, boiled-down malt water, the grape extract, red pepper powder, and salt to obtain a first mixture; cooling the first mixture at 30-40 deg C, and adding fermented soybean powder to obtain a second mixture; and aging the second mixture.
