OUTBREAK DEVICE, OUTBREAK METHOD AND SHIELD MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outbreak device capable of performing outbreak of accurate shape with simple constitution in the outbreak of a shield machine. SOLUTION: The outbreak device 3 of the shield machine 1 has a hydraulic actuator 19 for moving an outbreak cutter 17 in an in-and-out direction; a fluid supply pump 21 capable of discharging a compressed fluid to be supplied to the hydraulic actuator 19; and a fluid flow changeover means 39 capable of making stepwise changeover of the flow of the fluid supplied from the fluid supply pump 21 to the hydraulic actuator 19.
