FIELD: welding processes and equipment, possibly surfacing of blade surfaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing welding torch by acute angle alphator relative to surfaced plane; placing additive wire by acute angle alphawire relative to surfaced plane; feeding additive wire to zone of anode spot of welding electric arc behind torch along welding direction in order to reduce heat absorption of base metal and to decrease its fusion; igniting welding electric arc and creating welding bath; extending welding bath towards additive wire. ^ EFFECT: increased height of surfaced bead at minimum fusion of blade surface during one pass. ^ 7 dwg, 1 ex |
