PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial urination device which can be adapted to different various body shapes of various patients and has a capacity as much volume as possible. SOLUTION: The artificial urination device includes at least one first section with at least one outlet, a second section, and a third section with at least one inlet for accepting a bladder. The urination device has a feature that cross sections of the first section and/or the second section placed between the first or second section and the third section and positioned orthogonally crossing the axial direction of the urination device are smaller than that of the third section. Thereby the urination device is given a shape suitable for almost all persons. Accordingly the urination device is configured adaptable so that a volume usable in the patient's body is examined as accurate as possible first at the surgical operation step without directly or indirectly determining a freely usable volume of the device before.
