<p>Polyurethanes with a wide range of uses, e.g. shoes, tyres, adhesives, and coatings, are prepd. by reacting (I) a hydrocarbon polymer that contains cyclic carbonate gps., and at least one double bond, with (II) a prim. or sec.amines. Prods. have good strength, elasticity, abrasion resistance dynamic properties, resistance to low temps., oils and petrol, and bond strongly to metals.</p> |
