As a result of performing communications control that accompanies the establishment of a multi-access PDN connection or refusal of a multi-access PDN connection, on the basis of a response to a PDN connection establishment request by a terminal device, a method is provided for communications control following multi-access PDN connection establishment requests by terminal devices.
