PURPOSE:For reducing the size of a 3-dimensional fluid passage network and ensuring high efficiency fluid mixation, to interconnect in order the outflow and inflow ports of the fluid passage network units on the upper and lower planes in which groups of said fluid passage units made of the closed fluid passage having branches. CONSTITUTION:Four units U1, U3, U5 and U7 are arranged on a plane P1; and U2, U4, U6 and U8 on a plane P2. Fluid is supplied through the inflow port I2 of said unit U1 from A, is divided and is joined at said unit U1, flows out of the outflow port O1 thereof, flows to the inflow port I2 of said unit U2 through a connected fluid passage C1, is divided and joined at said unit U2, and flows to the inflow port I3 from the outflow port O2 through a connected fluid passage C2. Thus, said fluid flows to B after repeatedly divided and joined while passing each of said units. Such orderly interconnection of said units ensures the reduction in size and the high efficiency fluid mixation of 3-dimensional fluid passage network. |
