<p>Prostaglandines and its cyclodextrin(I; R3 = 1,1-dimethylpentyl, 2(ε)-ethylheptyl; R4 = H, methyl; R5 = unsubstituted or alkyl substituted 2-tetrahydropyranyl, 1-ethoxyethyl; double bond of C2-3 and C13-14 are trans), useful for treatment of hyperpiesia, were prepd. by hydrolysis of protecting group R5 (compd. II) under the acidic condition. The compd. (II) was prepd. by conversing 9-position hydroxy group of compd. (III) to the oxo group.</p> |
