PURPOSE:To remove the unsolved component of tin compound and reduce the generation of yellowish brown spots and of the blackening of an airtight container end by providing a process with introduces air from one end, following a process which introduces the gas of tin compound from the other end of the airtight container. CONSTITUTION:Tin compound 4 like tin chrolide is housed in a gas generator 1 and the inner part of the generator is full of tin compound by the heating of a heater 3. Then when compressed air is introduced from an intake port 5, the gas of tin compound is jet from a nozzle 6. On the other hand, while the airtight container 7 of a fluorescent lamp is revolving centering around the shaft, it is heated by a heater 8. The gas of the tin compound which passes through the airtight container 7 is coated on the inner wall of the airtight process, the air heated by a heating bar 10 is introduced from the other end of the airtight container 7 through a nozzle 9. |
