This new-type circuit comprises capacitor(C2) which retains main energy for commutating of DC-side commutating circuit and can be complemented energy loss generated per each commutating by means of being connected to the first power source through thyristor(S3). in a first power source, nodes are connected with diode (or thyristor) which is connected with the main- and sub-bus directly from 3-phase line power through diode(D12D13) and capacitor(C3).
