What is shown is a concrete formwork (100) and a formwork beam (1) with at least one nailable strip (2), with at least one fastening means (3) and with a metallic hollow profile (4) which has a plurality of side walls (5, 11, 14, 16) and which forms a longitudinal groove (6) by way of its profile legs (7), which longitudinal groove (6) has at least one groove wall opening (10) in at least one of its groove walls (9), wherein the strip (2) provided in the longitudinal groove (6) is fastened to the hollow profile (4) by the releasable fastening means (3) projecting through the groove wall opening (10). In order to provide a more stable and user-friendly formwork beam (1), it is proposed that the hollow profile (4) has a closed design and forms the longitudinal groove (6) by its profile legs (7) at a first side wall (5), wherein at least one further side wall (11, 16), which adjoins this first side wall (5) at an inclination, is cut out at the level of the groove wall opening (10) of the longitudinal groove (6) and thus forms an access opening (12) for the releasable fastening means (3). |
