PURPOSE:To enable the simple measurement of an antigen antibody composite material, by a method wherein an antigen antibody composite material is reacted, at the inside of a liquid medium, to a carrier antibody and complement, and scattered light strength is measured through irradiation of the reaction liquid with light. CONSTITUTION:By use of a standard sample, a given amount of a constant antibody or a complement is reacted to a sensitized insoluble carrier particle, and through measurement of an absorbance or a scattered light strength, a standard curve, showing a relation between an antigen antibody composite material and the scattered light strength, is formed. Then, using a similar sensitized carrier particle, a unknown sample is reacted to the sensitized sample under a similar condition, and an amount of the antigen antibody composite material is quantitatively determined through comparision and collation of an absorbance or a scattered light strength with the standard curve. |
