MAGNETIC HEAD ACTUATOR OF TAPE RECORDER

PURPOSE:To shift independently an erasing head and a record/reproduction head each other, by providing a magnetic head actuating motor independently of a tape driving motor. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head actuating motor 1 is provided independently of a tape driving motor. A cam which is driven by the motor 1 is added together with a mobile plate 10 containing a record/reproduction head 12 and a pinch roller 16, and the mobile plate 11 containing an erasing head 13. Then tension springs 20 and 21 energize both plates 10 and 11 to bring them into contact with the cam respectively.
