PURPOSE:To secure such a device that comprises less replacement parts in number and makes the replacement time reducible to the shortest possible extent, by using a tube clamping mechanism and a connector capable of locking a filter and a setting metal device either. CONSTITUTION:A connector 31 is provided with a hole 36 for installing a setting metal device 32 and another hole 33 for inserting a screw 38 and a filter 33 into the connector. The setting metal device 32 is welded with the filter 33 at its tip end, and connection between a resin tube 39 and a small tube 32b takes place in a way of pressing the clamping metal device 30 down by a cap nut 34. These holes 36 and 37 are different in each diameter while the cap nut 34 presses the setting metal device 32 by pushing the clamping metal device 30, keeping its airtightness by means of a rolling part 36. When a gas leading quantity is reduced due to loading in the filter 33, those of cap nut 34, clamping metal device 30, resin tube 39 and rolling part 35 are all removed and then the setting metal device 32 and the filter 33 are replaced with a new one in a lump instead. |
