<p>A paint mixing and conditioning apparatus receives a paint filled container 17 which is simultaneously tumbled end over end while being rotated about its longitudinal axis 33, the container being clamped to a pulley shaped disc 14 which is rotatably carried by spaced resilient wheels 16 journaled in an upstanding plate 12. The container clamp comprises plates 34, 40 which extend across openings 13, 15 in the upstanding plate and disc and between which the container 17 is clamped by a wheel 46 threaded on stud 41. The pulley shaped disc is driven peripherally by a resilient drive wheel 21 coupled to a power source to tumble the container. A beveled friction wheel 36, coupled to the container clamp and in frictional contact with the upstanding plate 12, rotates the container 17 as the pulley shaped disc 14 is turned. <IMAGE></p> |
