PURPOSE:To attain remarkable reduction of a gap forming time with a simple device by fitting a core half to a centrifugal turning stand and applying an organic metal only to a head gap with a solvent so as to form a metallic oxide film after heating and drying. CONSTITUTION:The core half 4 is fixed to lots of openings 3a of the centrifugal turning stand 3 by using fluid paraffin while exposing only the head gap face. A metallic alcoholate 8 formed into paste by using, e.g., buthylalcohol as a solvent is packed to a funnel form supply device 7. The turning stand 3 is driven in high speed by a motor 2, the metallic alcoholate 8 is coated by dropping it and after heated and dried to 400-600 deg.C, the organic metal oxide film is formed. Thus, lots of gaps are formed once by a simple equipment so as to decrease remarkably the gap forming timing. |
