PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket application and issuance system that accepts an application of a ticket for public transportation in Japan from a foreign user via a foreign agency and performs accounting processing for the ticket.SOLUTION: A ticket application and issuance system 1 includes: an agency terminal 2 which is installed in a foreign agency, into which a foreign user inputs information to apply a ticket, and which issues a coupon for the foreign user to change it to the ticket at a ticket issuance place; a management server 5 which receives information from the agency terminal 2 and accepts the application of a ticket; and a manager terminal 3 which performs accounting processing for the ticket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
