PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution method of a digital content, a server, and a program for setting an appropriate distribution condition of the digital content for each of a plurality of users.SOLUTION: A plurality of users are classified into a plurality of user categories on the basis of user information, and the distribution condition of a digital content for a user is changed in accordance with the user category.EFFECT: An appropriate distribution condition of a digital content can be set for each of a plurality of users.
