PROCESS FOR PRODUCING UNSATURATED NITRILE

摘要

Prodn. of unsatd. nitrile involves water-cooling in a quenching column, a reaction mixt. contg. the unsatd. nitrile, a satd. nitrile and prussic acid. The mixt. is obtd. by ammoxidation of an olefin. The reaction mixt. is absorbed with the absorption water in a column and the resulting soln. is extracted by distillation in a recovery column using solvent water. Distillate contg. unsatd. nitrile and puric acid is taken out from the top of the column, then subjected to distn. in a de-prussic column, dehydration column and prod. column to recover the unsatd. nitrile.
