PURPOSE:To execute quickly and easily the operations from blood collecting up to the flow passage for a carrier liquid and to reduce cost by mounting a capillary in which blood is collected to the injecting port of a valve device and injecting the blood into the flow passage for the carrier liquid. CONSTITUTION:The top end of the capillary tube 46 is touched to the blood bleeding out from the ear by giving a slight injury to the ear to collect the blood. A valve body holder 1 is moved toward the right against a coil spring 12 to position one end of the tube 46 to the injecting port 6a and the other end to a communicating port 6b in the stage of setting such tube 46 to the valve body holders 1, 2. A coil spring 12 is then extended to return the holder 1 to the home position in an arrow Y direction. Both valve bodies 5a, 5b are then pushed and retreated by the tube 46 and are opened by overcoming the force of coil springs 7a, 7b. Connecting ports 10a, 10b are closed by the retreat of the valves 5a, 5b and the carrier liquid flowing in a connecting tube 3 is transferred together with the blood through a tube 54, a slit 11b, a groove 9b, the tube 46 and a slit 11a by a tube 55 to the two electrode sides. |
