PURPOSE:To achieve a power supply unit which has less component parts, excellent assembling property and lower cost by providing, in a power supply unit for supplying power to an electronic apparatus, a circular recess in the collar of a coil bobbin, a groove continual with the recess and reaching the end surface, and a columnar projection in the recess provided with a U-shaped cut, and inserting a OMEGA-shaped spring terminal under pressure between the recess and the projections. CONSTITUTION:A coil 18 is wound around a coil bobbin 13 made of an insulator such as synthetic resin, and the lead 19 of the coil 18 is wound around the top projection 14a of a OMEGA-shaped spring terminal 14 and is soldered. A core 20 is inserted into the coil bobbin 13 to form a transformer 21. A parts unit 22 constituting a rectifier circuit such as diode and capacitor is fixed to the transformer, and the spring terminal 14 is inserted into a plug blade 24 inserted into a case 23 under pressure, performing electrical connection. The plug blade 24 is provided with a recess 25 so that a projection 14b in the inside of the open end of the spring terminal 14 is fitted in the recess 25, providing stronger fitting. Further, the top 26 of the plug blade 24 is fitted in a cut 15a of a columnar projection 15 of the coil bobbin 13, so that external stresses are not applied to the spring terminal 14, providing a structure which is hard to cause disconnection. |
