PURPOSE:To obtain an org. semiconductive film suitable for a practical use in a simple synthesis, an excellent color sensibility, a sensibility and a durability by incorporating a metallocene compd. to a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is prepared by forming a film either with a vacuum deposition of the metallocene compd. shown by formula I or with coat ing a dispersing element of said compd. contd. in a suitable binder, on the substrate. In a preferable concrete example, the photoconductive film is applied as a charge generating layer, to the titled body which is functionally separated an amount of a sensitivity of the titled body to a charge generating layer and a charge transporting layer. In the formula (k), (l), and (m) are each 0, 1 or 2, Y may be subtd. a 5-6 membered heterocyclic ring or may be substd. a residue capable of forming a 5-6 membered heterocyclic ring which is condensated with an aromatic ring, R may be substd. an aliphatic or an aryl group, Q is a cyclic group capable of contributing to a conjugated structure of a cyanine derivative together with an adjacent methine radical in a part of the chemical structure of the metallocene compd., M is a metal selected from a group comprising Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni and Rn, X<-> is an anion. |
