PURPOSE:To permit simplification and low cost of constitution by a method wherein gas flame is detected directly with shape memorizing alloy and a gas fluidized path is opened and closed directly by working power thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a gas burner 29 is ignited, the shape memorizing alloy 24 is extended by heat of the burner, the gas fluidized paths 31a-31b are secured by overcoming against a bias spring 21 even in case the working power of a handle 19 is lost and the heat of the burner is maintained. When a gas flame 30 is extinguished, the shape memorizing alloy 24 is shrunk due to the shortage of working heat and the fluidized path 31a-31b are intercepted to prevent the run-off of the gas by the working power of the bias spring 21 and packings 23. The flame heat of the burner upon the gas combustion are prevented so as not to contact directly with the shape memorizing alloy 24 and the working temperature of the shape memorizing alloy 24 may be controlled by isolating medium 25, 26 and radial direction penetrating holes 28a-28d. |
