PURPOSE:To prevent an impressed potential from disturbing a non fixing toner by disposing a destaticizing needle adjacent to a transfer section, and changing an impressed voltage of said needle by moisture. CONSTITUTION:At a position in which a transfer electrification device 5 exists, a transfer paper P approaches to a sensitive body 1 and a toner image on a surface thereof is transferred. Then, viewing to a running direction of the transfer paper P, at a downstream side, an destaticizing needle 6 is disposed and by a high pressure control device 8, plural high pressure values are impressed to the electric removing needle 6. A moisture sensor 9 is disposed at a suitable position in a copying machine, an output of the sensor 9 is inputted to a sequence controller 10 and through a driver 11 and a high pressure outputting device 12, a predetermined electric potential is given to the needle 6. By the moisture, an impressed voltage is changed not so as to disturb the toner image by the impressed voltage. |
