PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and the quality of products by coating a magnetic head element with a specified acetal compd. and a mercapto compd. or a mixture of the compds. and a specified acrylate compd., curing the matrial and then forming an inorg. lubricative coated film on the part to be brought into contact with a tape. CONSTITUTION:The acetal compd. to be used consists of an unsaturated cycloacetal compd. having, in one molecule, at least 2 unsaturated cycloacetal groups expressed by formula (I) (unsaturated dioxane type) and/or formula (II) (unsaturated dioxolane type). The mercapto compd. to be used is a compd. having, in one molecule, at least 2 mercapto groups and is aliphatic or aromatic mercaptan. Beisides, any compd. having at least 2 acryloyl or metacryloyl groups in one molecule, copolymerizable with an acetal compd. and a mercapto compd. and uniformly miscible with each other can be used as the acrylate compd.
