PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having well-balanced rigidity and impact strength and excellent heat-resistance and appearance of molded article and suitable as automobile parts, etc., by compounding a specific modified polyolefin resin with a rubbery substance and a specific amount of mica having specific particle diameter and particle diameter distribution. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 40-97(wt)% polyolefin resin composition consisting of (A1) a polypropylene resin having a melt index of 0.1-100 (e.g. polypropylene) and (A2) modified polyolefin resin grafted with 0.01-5% unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) (e.g. maleic anhydride) (the ratio of the component A2 is >=2%, preferably >=5%) with (B) 0-20% rubber substance (e.g. ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber) and (C) 3-50% mica (e.g. white mica) having an average particle diameter of 0.5-4.5mu wherein the fractions having diameter of <=10mu, <=5mu and <=1mu are >=95%, >=60% and 10-80%, respectively. |
