PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of number of layers and the like and consequently enhance the productivity by a method wherein selector plates, which have a plurality of resin ports, are selectively arranged between a junction block and a multi-manifold die so as to change the number of layers and/or layer structure. CONSTITUTION:Extruders A-D are respectively connected by transporting pipes 11-14 to a junction block 15 provided with resin ports 16-19, which communicate the transporting pipes 11-14 with the resin ports of selector plates 20. Two sheets of the selector plates 20 are mounted to a multi-manifold die 21 by being placed in the recess of the junction block 15. The resins extruded from the four extruders A-D flow through the transporting pipes 11-14 into the junction block 15 and then pass through the resin ports 16-19, the selector plates 20 and the resin ports 27-30 of the multi-manifold die 21 in order to turn into a molded part. By selecting the selector plates 20 the number of layers and the layer structure of the molded part can be changed. |
