PURPOSE:To enable storing and discharge of gas by incorporating a transport device between inside the refrigerator body and outside the refrigerating chamber, interposing a front chamber to be CA'ed (derived from controlled atmosphere) with N2 gas, and providing possibility of opening and shutting the boundaries on the refrigerator side and outside the refrigerating chamber with a heat insulation door airtightly. CONSTITUTION:An object 19 in a refrigerator 1 is taken out by a stacker crane and transported to the facade of the front chamber 7 with a traverser 5. An N2 gas generator 16 sprays N2 gas to the facade 7 so that it is CA'ed. At this time, a seal 16 is expanded by pressure air to enclose the front chamber 7. Then the seal air for a heat insulation door 11 on the main chamber 1 side is bled out to allow rise of the door 11 which will now be opened, and the object 99 is transferred onto a conveyor 8. The door 11 is shut and sealed again with the seal 16. The heat insulation door 11 outside the refrigerating chamber 6 is opened, followeed by carrying-out. Carrying-in is performed by following the procedure reversely. According to this constitution, intrusion of outside air is prevented while objects can be carried in and out freely. |
