PURPOSE:To prevent copy images from being changed in density even when a copying device is continuously used by forming plural correcting functions depending upon a copying time and finding out a correction value based on a function selected on the basis of the degree of fatigue at the time of ending the preceding copy and a halting time from the end of the preceding copy and the copying time to control the copying operation. CONSTITUTION:Plural correcting functions depending upon the copying time are formed, one function is selected from the plural functions on the basis of the degree of fatigue at the time of ending the preceding copy and the halting time from the end of the preceding copy and a correction value is found out based on the selected function and the copying time to control the copying operation. Thus, the fatigue of the photosensitive body can be compensated and a copy image with proper density can be obtained. Since the plural correcting functions are formed and correction and control can be executed by the function selected on the basis of the degree of fatigue and the halting time, the correction of density can be extremely accurately executed. |
