PURPOSE:To correct an error by an insulator connecting pipe by forming one of adjacent inlet and outlet nozzles at a position separated inside from the side end of a cooling panel, and further connecting the adjacent nozzles therebetween by the pipe made of an insulator. CONSTITUTION:Ones of inlet nozzles 22a, 22b provided at the lower ends of split cooling panels 20a, 20b and outlet nozzles 23a, 23b provided at the upper ends are formed at positions separated inside from the side ends of the panels. The adjacent nozzles 22a, 22b and 23a, 23b are respectively connected by insulator connecting pipes 25a, 25b. Accordingly, even if errors occur at the attaching positions of the panels 20a, 20b in the step of manufacturing a winding, the ratio of the attaching errors with respect to an interval L between the nozzles is small, the attaching errors can be easily corrected by the pipes 25a, 25b composed of an insulator having flexibility such as Teflon, and the connections can be also simplified.
