The subject of the invention relates to the technical field of equipment for the handicapped, in particular seats, chairs and other means of transport. This seat essentially comprises, in combination, a rolling base framework fitted at its rear part with a foldable and reversible back, the said framework having laterally two vertical parallel frames 1 and 2 braced at their base by articulated assemblies 3 and 4 which are formed to be folded angularly with a view to bringing the frames together in the folded position in combination with a deformable crosspiece 9 angularly articulated on the one hand onto the base elements 1a and 2a of the frames and, on the other hand, to a part 12-13 of the back, which is articulated onto the upper horizontal sides 1b-2b of the frames 1 and 2 between which is disposed a means used as the seat part. <IMAGE> |
