摘要 The invention relates to a process for preparing functional lipid nanocarriers for encapsulating and releasing hydrophilic and lipophilic medicaments. According to the invention, the process consists in forming a lipid pre-emulsion free and charged with two active components, Pemetrexed and Hesperidin, by contacting a lipid phase and an aqueous phase at the temperature of 80...82°C, for 15 min, after which the lipid pre-emulsion is subjected to successive homogenization stages with high shearing degree at 12000 rpm, for 1 min, and then at a pressure increased to 500 bar for 196 s, the aqueous dispersions of lipid nanocarriers free and charged with the two active components being subjected to a lyophilization stage at -55°C for 72 h, to result in functional lipid nanocarriers in solid state.
